Schedules Shareholder Meeting for March 31 in Reno,
Nevada

March 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Itronics Inc. (OTC
Bulletin Board: ITRO; Frankfurt and Berlin Stock
Exchanges: ITG) Board of Directors has scheduled a
special meeting of Stockholders for 10:00 A.M., March
31, 2006 in Reno, Nevada.
The meeting will be held in Ballroom A at the Atlantis
Casino Resort - Reno, 3800 South Virginia Street, Reno,
Nevada 89502. Shareholders of record as of February 14,
2006 will be entitled to vote on all matters that
appropriately come before the meeting. The Company urges
all of its shareholders to either attend the meeting or
submit a proxy.
