Itronics
advanced vacuum distillation technology easily meets
the strictest silver discharge limits. Spent photochemicals
are 100% recycled into a #1 rated fertilizer sold under
the GOLD’n GRO label. 80% of the spent photochemical
volume is recovered as pure water that is recycled on
site to make up new photochemical solutions. On site
fresh water use for photochemical make up is reduced
by more than 90%. The silver is purchased under terms
of a service agreement that turns photochemical recycling
into a new source of revenue.
