1.
Can be used in soil applications or as a foliar.
2.
Fully chelated. Chelating agents include citric acid and EDTA for
chelating nutrient metals in an acid and alkaline environments.
3.
Contains thiosulfates for plant nutrition and improved soil condition in
soil applications.
4.
Ten percent total nitrogen aids in the uptake of iron applied foliarly.
5.
Ten percent total nitrogen supplements normal nitrogen applications when
applied to the soil.
6.
Combination of low biuret nitrogen sources and thiosulfates adds safety
when making foliar applications.
7.
Chloride free. Suitable for chloride sensitive crops.
8.
Compatible with most insecticides, fungicides and fertilizers.
Ideal as a source of iron for crops. May be used at higher rates as a corrective solution for iron deficiency.
Directions for Use
This product is a chloride free, lo-biuret fertilizer. Foliar applications should be made in concentrations no greater than 1 quart in 10 gallons water. Turf applications can be made in concentrations up to 2 quarts in 10 gallons water. Foliar-drench applications may be made in lieu of direct soil applications. Foliar drench applications should be made at concentrations equivalent to 1 gallon GOLD’n GRO 10-0-0 + 4% Fe in 300 to 500 gallons of water. Direct soil applications may be made via drip, micro sprinkler or injection into the soil as in sidedress or listing operations. GOLD’n GRO 10-0-0 + 4% Fe may also be sprayed on the soil and watered in. Rates for drench/soil application listed below are for broadcast application. In strip or band applications place the material where root uptake may be expected. Strip or band applications rates may be reduced proportionately.
Where GOLD’n GRO 10-0-0 + 4% Fe is injected in drip, drip tape or micro sprinklers, a jar test for water compatibility with irrigation water is recommended.
GOLD’n GRO 10-0-0 + 4% Fe is compatible with most insecticides, fungicides and fertilizers. When in doubt, perform a jar test or contact your supplier. When combining with insecticides or fungicides, follow the manufacturer’s instructions as to placement, dilution rates and use precautions.
Use lower rates for maintenance of iron levels. Use higher rates for corrective actions. Where plants are exhibiting chlorosis or other symptoms of iron deficiency, a combination of foliar and soil applied applications may be necessary.
